Onigiri (Rice Balls)
As seen in “Loving Yourself” Season 1, Episode 4
Ingredients
3 cups of steamed rice
Sour plum (umeboshi)
Sesame seeds
1-2 sheets dried nori seaweed
Steps
Cut the seaweed into 8 or 9 long strips
Wet your hands with water
Grab a handful of rice and make a little well in the middle
Stuff it with the sour plum or other filling of choice
Cover the center with rice and mold it into a triangle
Wrap the rice ball with a strip of nori
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the rice ball
Eat!
