Pancakes

As seen in “Routines” Season 2, Episode 5

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1/8th tsp nutmeg

  • 2 cups milk

  • 2 Tbsp melted butter

  • 2 eggs

  • Syrup or honey

  • Add-ins (blueberries, walnuts, chocolate chips etc…)


Steps

  1. Mix the dry ingredients.

  2. Mix the wet ingredients.

  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix.

  4. Add blueberries or chocolate chips, if desired. 

  5. Turn the stove on to medium-low heat.

  6. Grease the pan with cooking spray or butter.

  7. Pour some of the pancake batter in the hot pan. 

  8. Wait 2 minutes, then flip.

  9. Wait one minute, until brown on the other side.

  10. Enjoy! You can add walnuts or syrup on top, if desired.
